Delicious Herb-crusted-Pork Dish
4-6ounce medallion of boneless pork loin, 1 inch thick.
1 lime, juiced
4 tbsp. olive or veggie oil
Flour Mixture
Pinch of seasoning salt
Pinch of accent
Pinch of regular salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp cumein
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup flour
Herb Crust:
1 sweet chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. grated ginger
1/2 cup olive oil
1 bunch cilantro chopped
zest of 1 lime
A. Wash your hands then the pork.
B. Preheat oven 375 degrees. Salt & Pepper
C. Squeeze lime juice on all sides of pork.

A. Wash your hands then the pork.

C. Squeeze lime juice on all sides of pork.
D. In a dish mix together the salt, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne, accent, seasoning salt & flour. Dredge pork into your seasoned flour mixture.
E. Heat your chocie of cooking oil in frying pan over medium-heat, then brown pork until golden brown & thouroughly cooked on both sides; Then arrange in a baking pan.
Herb Crust:
In large frying pan over medium heat, cook onion, garlic & ginger in oul for approximately 5 minutes. Add chopped cilantro & lime zest, then cook approx. 3 minutes. Press the herb crust on top of each piece of pork and bake until cooked through about 8-10minutes. Then eat & enjoy!
