Let's face it women are only too aware, that if your belly is protruding you won't appear at your best. Regardless to  ridiculously over-priced (name brand) garments you splurge for. Visible results can be disheartening so I wanted to realistically assess helpful intervention to enable you to eliminate or camouflage belly problem area.

 Let's review actual-factual alternatives to riding yourself of abdominal fat

Traditional & nontraditional methods. I will review some of the most positive ones. Here's some unique self assessment tools:

1. Obviously nutrition is important & individual focused. You must start by educating yourself to healthy & savory reduced fat recipes which satisfy, because when you're eating to loose weight regardless to taste you are doomed to failure, since there is no way you will  maintain such a boring diet. Educate yourself to what is available. 

Keep your nose to the grind stone because there are rapacious confidence retailers preying on people desperate to lose belly fat. Designers who cater to full figure & natural feminine curves at least represent authentic Fashionista's bodies which better ensures positive equal opportunities with advantageous results.

3. New-age Girdles have made a come back recently and many are revolutionary in design and material. They will help conceal bulges as you get into shape.

A practical & doable stratagem includes: Exercise, Nutrition, Complimentary garments suited to your figures. Highlighting your body assets. Cosmetic surgery (For those who can afford it). Exercise is safe works and you get to eat regular food in sensible portions. I enjoy good food! You must eat in order to have energy to maintain your work out. Without nutritious fuel you won't be able to maintain any exercise routine!  Try this:

* Eat 5-6 times a day. Never starve yourself. The human body compensates for starvation by clinging to its fat reserves by burning calories slower.  An evolutionary tactic which ensure survival during times of famine. 

* Consume fresh fruits/vegetables & reduce your refined sugar.

* Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes daily. Select an activity you enjoy to ensure you will maintain your routine.


* Keep away from snakes at bed time. Your body's digestive systems slows during sleep to a minimum of its wake hours so late night snakes stick & quickly accumulate as fat.

I know my data sounds familiar but the more things change the more they stay the same!

If you want to reduce your body fat utilize toning exercises, cardiovascular activities help. Prior to starting any exercise regimen consult your health-care provider to determine if you're healthy enough to tolerate various cardio exercises. After you get the green light from your doctor: 

Try running for 10-20 minutes (1-3 miles) everyday combined with abdominal crunches & butterflies. You'll feel healthier prior to noticing dropping pounds & increased enthusiasm. I eat well, salads, fruits, nuts, whole grains, eggs, fish, chicken, frozen veggies, protein shakes. Just about any food I desire in prudent moderation.

To the best of your ability start with push-ups, sit-ups, scrunches & walk daily. Try 10 push ups, 20 crunches, then walking for  10 minutes to start progressing to half an hour.

Water is filling and hydrates your skin making it appear supple & healthier. Caution if you are on a fluid restrictive to diet discuss increasing your h20 consumption first with your health-care provider. If you are in poor physical shape start gradually don't push yourself too hard, too fast you could injure yourself.

BEST WAYS TO CLOAK BELLY BULGE

As a Fashionista you are embarrassed by extra pounds & protruding belly. Who isn't?! Diet and exercise helps over time but you need instant results for a special occasion you need body-to-garment skills and helpful tools. With the right fit and proportion, we can find a way to work around a fat stomach. 

It's a hard pill to swallow when your figure is not all that it could be. Try one of the new-age girdles invest available now & undergarments which offer good hold and support.

Try not to be discourage if you don't shed pounds instantly when you start exercising. You will still benefit from a toned stomach, because it gives the illusion of weight loss. 

I enjoy calisthenic because they work wonders for toning loose stomach muscles within reason! To tell you the truth for women who've had multiple pregnancies and births your abdominal muscles may have detach & stretched to the point that no amount of  exercise will reattach them. Only surgery can remedy this problem.

A v-neck top is okay it compliments your neckline while drawing attention away from your mid section. 

When looking for blouses & dresses, choose a clothes with detail at the narrow part of your waist. Gathering underneath your bust will highlight your breast & create an illusion of a more shapely figure. Make sure that the fabric under the detail flows, as opposed to clings, to your body.


                                           Pants
Flat-front pants are good at masking belly bulge. Pleating & details that target your waist line emphasize the size of your middle. Choose pants with some stretch in the material. Pair  skinny pants with  less constrictive blouses. Some fashion consultants advise pant & jeans slightly flared hem which are in vogue right now because they focus attention to leg width helping balance your upper body. This trick applies to dresses/skirts. An a-line skirt aspires your curves & figure better than, straight leg cut.

A tailored jacket is a must for concealing a large tummy. The jacket will give the illusion of a more defined shape. Shop around for a longer jacket which creates a skinny illusion. With an earth toned jacket you can dress it up or down and accessorize until your hearts content!

 Opt for darker colors for a slimming effect. It is a good idea to  The curves they create will make a marked difference in the way your clothes fit you.

Prudence dictates you select garments which disguise tummy fat. Excess weight around your abdominal area in common especially for women who have gone through pregnancy & wearing tight fitting clothes draws attention to belly fat. The appropriate clothes will slim your  figure. 

Unfortunately most of the trending outfits seem to be incapable of camouflaging tummy bulge. In order to look your best you must learn to select garments that flatter your figure & play up your feminine curves. 
You can play up your breast area, and accessorize away from you abdominal area. High heels add height and a sexy wiggle in your gate. Keep in mind that the majority of fat cells are harbored in muscle tissue, this is why exercise is required and abdominal fat is so difficult to get rid of.

Looking to trim excess abdominal fat? Start out with stretches, warm-up, then progress to cardiovascular exercises. High-activity such as:  Valley Ball, Walking, Jogging, Swimming, Bicycling, & Aerobics are a must do! To elevate your heart rate to its training zone and keeps it there for at least twenty minutes conditions your heart and burns calories/fats.

For those Fashionistas who absolutely insist on some sort of pill to help them lose fat; there are hundred of diet pills available, all claiming to be the best. I am not paid to plug any particular item but I will mention a couple briefly then allow you to follow-up with your own research.

All I caution is buyer beware weight lose pills are a dime a dozen & many aren't safe. You must be your own self-health advocate by doing research and asking questions of your health care provider, pharmacist and others who have tried the medication you may be considering. The best consumer is a informed consumer!
