Blueberry Dew Dumpling

1 c. flour 

2 1/2 c. blueberries

1/3 c. sugar1 dsh of salt

1 c. water

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 Tbsp. sugar

2 tsp baking pwdr

    1/ 4 tsp salt

1 Tbsp. butter

1/2 c. lowfat milk

Directions

Mix blueberries, 1/3 c. sugar, dash of salt and 1 c. water in medium saucepan; bring to a boil, simmer, covered, for 5 min; add in lemon juice.

Sift flour, 2 Tbsp. sugar, baking powder and 1/4 tsp. salt together; cut in butter until consistency of coarse meal. Add in low fat milk all at once; stir just till flour is dampened. Drop from Tbsp. into simmering blueberry mix. Cover tightly; cook over low heat for 10 min without removing cover.

Yield 6 servings

I am sick of negative media concerning Ms. Houston's passing!

There is so much speculation about drugs being involved in Ms. Whitney Houston's death without a shred of scientific proof; A bottle of prescription medication and past recovery history does not an overdose make!

I feel that this is a smoke screen to get away from the possibility that Ms. Houston may have been murdered. What we need to investigate further is other probable causes of murder. 

It's just all too easy to make some doctor a convenient scape goat! And throw-up issues such as, drug abuse which is a serious problem world wide and a subject talked to death; but it is too suspicious an untimely death of such a great star and remarkable woman, with no apparent ill health! A who was just walking around looking good and in good spirits only hours earlier.

I heard "Inside Edition" Television show report that the TV program,"Glee" had recently completed a tribute to Ms. Whitney Houston the day before her death and supposedly attached a Memorial epilogue stating the usual (birth to death dates) to be shown officially after the tribute episode airs. A convenient coincidence seems to simple a word in this particular situation.

I would also like to hear more about the truth and facts concerning Ms. Houston's body being discovered around 4 p.m. but her death being kept a secret until after the awards show ended at least 8 hours later; Personally I would like to hear more on this topic and surrounding  circumstances rather than trying to smear this One-of-a-kind lady's reputation further!
