Tiease's Quick Fashionistas Guide to remain Injury free during your work-out.

With the weight loss & work-out craze in full gear I though it was appropriate to remind my followers to follow a few fundamental suggestion to enable you to remain injury free, so that you can stroll the side-walk showing off your body like it was you personal cat-walk!

Always warm up with stretches to loosen up your muscles & ligaments.

Never push yourself too hard. It okay to do your very best but don't get crazy to the point you wind up with a injury, in pain, and depressed. Exercise builds self-esteem, so have fun with your work-out


A routine which includes body part or sport-specific is one way to prevent injury. Know what you're trying to achieve and work towards it.

Depending on the activity you've chosen to participate in make sure that you protect your eyes. Your vision is precious & no Diva looks hot sporting a black eye.

Always wear appropriate gear this doesn't mean you have to run out & spend hundreds of dollars, just use common sense when working out. Protective gear is important for preventing injury, when dealing with contact activities. Make sure you know how to use gym equipment properly & always wear your protective gear!

Even when you have done everything possible to avoid injury; Accidents can still happen, hence the name "Accident" Never play with an injury or when you're exhausted. When in pain cease the work-out you may already injured yourself & your risk further injury if you work through it. After 2-3 days resting with pain persisting seek medical attention.

Adhering to these common sense tips can help you get in shape, be healthier and look hotter!
