I'm passionate about Paper Dolls & stunning fashion. I enjoy assessing my fashion comrade's discoveries  whose style has made an impression upon me. My Shout-Out page is my personal way of giving praise where a pat-on-the-back is due. I salute exceptional items which possess a certain special savoir faire!
