When it comes to body image and perfection of self I believe you must start by first loving yourself and having a healthy self esteem. Personally I have never been one to go along with the top dog just because it's suppose to be cool and I don't like the bean poll image of what a woman should look like. The image of a grown woman looking like a  9 year old girl by the body is just sad and I question the men who are attracted to this childish to boyish bean poll body type. I have to ask is he a closet pedophile substituting a no body grown woman for their secret sick desires. 

This cookie cuter image of the no breasted or ridiculous gigantic breast implants (which eventually result in back problems) is driving women crazy. Women unfortunately born with a flat buttock are spending thousands on cosmetic tush implants, and/or padded panties. Something has got to give God created the masterpiece which is Woman with all her glorious natural feminine curves because she was beautiful. It is our so-called modern society which has driven women to suffer from various eating disorders, low self esteem, and even suicidal though.

It's time Fashionistas took back their power and learn to love the body that you are born with. If you need to shed a few pounds that's perfectly fine just as long as you are doing it for realistic reasons and not to try and live up to societies standards. Besides often the models you see looking like skinny little girl with a lot of make-up and puffy lips are just that,"Girls". As beautiful independent logical grown woman you just want to maintain your womanly curves & look the best that you can and if you do need to shed a few pounds then by all means do so sensibly.You must become a Pro-Self-health advocate. Educate yourself about supplements and proper nutrition. 

What you really want is a way to properly nourish your body and end the dieting cycle!
